Group classes at Kaizen Kinetics are built around one purpose: structured training that creates measurable improvements in strength, conditioning, and overall athletic ability. Every session follows a clear plan that teaches you how to move well, get stronger, faster, and build conditioning that carries over to daily life and sport.

Our coaching is evidence based, direct, and educational. You are taught what to do, why you are doing it, and how it improves your performance. We keep class sizes small so you get individual attention, consistent feedback, and accountability every time you train.

This is a structured training environment built to help you get stronger, move better, and develop long term fitness that you can quantify and trust.

Class description

Our GSC Classes are designed for individuals seeking to improve general fitness, build strength, and enhance muscle hypertrophy. These classes provide a well-rounded approach to fitness, incorporating a variety of training methods, including strength exercises, metabolic conditioning, and functional movements. Whether it’s resistance training, circuit-style sessions, or focused strength development, every workout is tailored to improve measurable qualities like endurance, strength, and body composition. 

GSC Classes are ideal for all fitness levels and serves as a foundation, and progression, for improving overall health, performance, and confidence. Taught by certified coaches, this class emphasizes proper technique and progressive improvement.

Speed, Power, & Athletic Development Training

Class description

Our APD Classes are designed for individuals looking to elevate their training with a performance-focused approach. These classes emphasize athletic qualities such as power, speed, and explosiveness, incorporating advanced training methods like plyometrics, ballistic movements, heavy lifting, and speed development. While this class is ideal for those with a background in strength and conditioning, it’s scalable for anyone willing to commit to improving their athleticism. 

Taught exclusively by Alex, APD Classes provides personalized guidance and a focus on maximizing performance potential.

What to expect

  • Advanced training techniques, including Olympic lifts, plyometrics, and ballistics.
  • A strong emphasis on speed, power, and strength development.
  • Individualized attention from Alex to ensure proper form and progression.
  • A challenging but rewarding environment that pushes you to achieve your best.
