Data that drives results

Why performance testing matters

"Without data, you're just another person with an opinion".

Whether you're an athlete preparing for a season, a coach managing player loads, or a professional just trying to train smart — performance testing gives you clarity.

At Kaizen Kinetics, we use pro-level tools to profile the systems that actually matter: force production, velocity, asymmetry, fatigue resistance, mobility, aerobic/anaerobic fitness, and more. Testing isn’t the end — it’s the starting point for intelligent programming.

Individual specific results

Who is this for?

Performance testing can be extremely valuable for:

- Athletes (HS / College / Pro / Tactical)

- General fitness clients seeking baselines

- Dual Force Plate Testing (Jump & Isometric)

- Force-Velocity Profiling (Load-Based Jump or Sprint)

- Velocity-Based Strength Testing (Bar Speed / Load Profile)

Speed & movement testing

- Sprint Split Analysis (Any distance)

- Change of Direction & Reactive Agility

- Movement Quality Video Breakdown (Sprint / Lift)

- Technical Model Comparison

Cardiovascular & metabolic testing

- Aerobic Capacity / VO2 Estimation

- Anaerobic Capacity & Fatigue Threshold

- Anaerobic & Ventilatory Threshold Measurements

- HR Zone Testing

- Repeat Sprint or Interval Readiness

Mobility & orthopedic screening

- Joint Range of Motion

- Stability & Control Under Load

- Asymmetry Identification

- Trunk Control & Coordination

Baseline fitness assessments (general population)

- Movement Screens

- Strength-Endurance Measures

- Cardiovascular Fitness

- Body Composition / Anthropometrics

Intake to Results

How it works

1) Initial intake & goal review

You tell us your sport and goals — we build the right battery for you.

2) testing session (90-120 min)

All assessments are conducted under critical supervision and explained in real time.

3) Review & Breakdown

You’ll receive a written report and direct feedback — or we can send results to your coach or provider.

4) Training plan or referral (Optional)

You can continue training with us, take your report to another provider, or return for follow-up testing.
